What to do when

 

All these situations are for EMERGENCIES ONLY (within 24 hours of session)

What If You Need to Miss a Practice. This is for emergencies only. You should forecast at the beginning of the season which game / practices you will not be able to make.

  • Make sure to contact your assistant coach to see if they can fill your spot.

  • If you do not have an assistant or your assistant cannot fill in, call Carlos first, then Dele (if Carlos is not available) and he will suggest other coaches for you to contact.

  • Make sure to contact your Team Manager.

  • Contact your team via teamsnap (get the mobile app to streamline) and inform them of your absence and who’s covering.

  • Make sure to follow up with an email to dele@esface.com & carlos@teamesface.com

 

What If You Need to Miss a Clinic. This is for emergencies only. You should forecast at the beginning of the season which clinics you will not be able to make.

  • Call Carlos first, then Dele (if Carlos is not available) and he will suggest other coaches for you to contact.

  • Make sure to follow up with an email to dele@esface.com & carlos@teamesface.com and include why you were unable to make your session.

 

What If You Need to Miss a Game: This is for emergencies only. You should forecast at the beginning of the season which game / practices you will not be able to make and who is covering those activities.

  • Make sure to contact your assistant coach to see if they can fill your spot.

What if You need to cancel your small group: This is for emergencies only. You should forecast at the beginning of the season which workouts you will not be able to make.

  • Call HQ 650-644-5582 and let us know about the situation.

  • Contact another trainer to take your spot, give them a breakdown of curriculum & players. You can do this via ximble or directly via text / phone.

  • Alert the players that are supposed to be working out with you (look on your mindbody scheduled workout) and let them know that you will not be able to make it and who they are working out with.

  • Follow up with an email to dele@esface.com & carlos@teamesface.com confirming who is filling in.

 

You Need to change your availability.

 

When a player on a team needs a uniform / shooting shirt.

  • Contact Carlos at HQ with the player’s size carlos@teamesface.com or 650-644-5582

  • Pick up the apparel from the HQ or arrange a time with Carlos.

 

When you need more information on a local or travel tournament.

 

How do I report serious incidents involving our team?

  • Write an email to Carlos (cc Dele) about the incident carlos@teamesface.com, dele@esface.com) . Make sure to include the Date, Place, People Involved in the incident

  • If it’s an emergency and can’t wait, call Dele (408-802-5663) or Carlos (480-720-7112) directly.

  • What is a serious incident?

    • Serious player injuries

    • Verbal / Physical Altercation between players or parents

    • Tournament Game Cancellation or Lack of Communication

      • Please call Carlos at 480-720-7112. Second option is Dele.

    • Facility Closed during rented time.
