Ranging from 60-90 minutes, clinics are high-intensity skill development sessions that focus on the 5 fundamentals of basketball (ball handling, passing, defense/rebounding, shooting and finishing), while also introducing and teaching various intricacies and nuances of the game. Each month, we introduce a different focus and offer players the opportunity to learn, practice, and execute these skills with and against their peers.

We believe there are 3 key factors that make for a successful basketball player and these factors transfer to a successful life. Communication, Confidence, and Community. We infuse our clinics with these 3 elements and create an environment where the particular key factors are actualized. 

Communication: The game of basketball requires communication both on defense and offense in order to be successful on the court. 

Confidence: Confidence is crucial for all of our athletes. By creating a positive environment, combined with a culture that celebrates strong work ethic, our players are able to build supreme confidence. 

Community: The basketball community we’ve created is a safe place where girls can step outside of their comfort zone and join other growth minded individuals who want to progress on a daily basis. We’re using the sport of basketball as a platform to launch our youth athletes on a trajectory of success and fulfillment, no matter what they choose to do.
