Michael Jordan exemplified gravitas. He is a 6 time NBA champion, 6 time NBA finals MVP, 5 time NBA MVP, 14 time NBA All Star and has achieved many more awards. He also won a NCAA championship. Having gravitas is an important part of becoming the best player you can be.

Having a vision and a plan is a great way to attain your goals. Short term goals help you achieve long term goals step by step. Being able to have a vision of where you see yourself and where you want to be is key for personal success and team success.

To achieve success to the best of your ability you need to be mentally tough and learn to make sacrifices in order to be great. Being mentally and physically tough means you know what it takes to stay focused during adversity and how to attack aggressively.
