P.R.O. DAY- Preparing for Real Opportunities

At Team Esface, we believe in not only building a basketball player's skill-set but also their mind and body, which is why we introduce PRO Day.

Created and administered by Murray Athletic Development & Team Esface Strength, PRO day brings a unique medical and psychological assessment to our players.

Pro Day is opportunity to identify Your personal athletic GPS: where you are now and where you need to go to improve your game.

At PRO day, players will be a part of an athletic assessment and injury risk evaluation with our Team Esface Strength trainers.

**PRO Day is embedded into ALL AAU & TrueLeague packages, so it is highly recommended that you attend**

ATHLETIC SKILLS TESTING

Athletic skills testing provided by Team Esface Strength (powered by Murray Athletic Development) will test Team Esface basketball player's specific athletic drills with four tests:

1. 20 meter sprint 2. Lane Agility 3. Reaction Shuttle 4. Vertical Jump Team

Esface Strength will also provide individual athletic scores based on comparative analysis of the thousands of athletes they have tested throughout the world.

INJURY PRVENTION EVALUATION

Each Player will have their shoulders, knees, ankles and core assessed for health risk concerns, (i.e. instability and strength imbalance). Continuing with TES' pro-active health care focus, the results of these evaluations will help guide the direction of exercise prescription for Team Esface players as they move into their season.
