This was the 8th year of Team Esface’s Matt Lottich Life Skills Basketball Camps (MLLS).
Not only does the unparalleled staff at MLLS know how to teach the game and have fun with young, aspiring ballers…many of them also have a unique ability to dunk. With the great energy provided by the kids of session 2, 3 coaches line up and make their first attempts in the first round.
1st dunk: Manny Martin with an amazing soar over junior coach Kyle Carter sitting in a chair in the key.
2nd dunk: Dele “hot sauce” Sobomehin throws it up for himself for a crispy two – to – one hand slam.
3rd dunk: Coach Matt Lottich closes out with a ridiculous 360! After all those seasons in overseas he still has it!
Much love to the session II kids…be on the look out for more dunks to come in sessions 3-6!
In just their first year under the newly formed Sequoia NJB Chapter (sequoianjb.org), the Sequoia 7th Grade All-Net A Boys, led by head coach Dele Sobomehin, beat Foothill for their first Section Championship, qualifying them for the National Tournament in southern California’s Orange County.
This was a nail biter of a championship game that went into TRIPLE overtime. After two timed overtime periods, an NJB official informs both coaches that the 3rd OT will be “sudden death”, something that was later disputed as not in accordance with the official rules.
Sorry for the delay people…hope it was worth it. Check out the fresh picts from our special Saturday School clinics in September where all of of the Sobo Bros were present making it nothing short of a classic session. CLICK HERE FOR FACEBOOK LINK
During a break at this year’s After School Club clinics, Coach Manny Martin finally finishes his between-the-legs dunk he had been working on for months. Luckily we had the camera rolling the day he ate his wheaties!
Coach Tunde Sobomehin shows the November MLLS Move of the month for athlete’s across the world.

We just wrapped up our August edition of Offense University where 20 kids checked as “students of the game” met for 3 hours each day from Aug. 9th-12th. Each athlete got the opportunity to get high-level training during the crucial off-season before school starts back up. We ended each day with intense conditioning drills to make sure every kid enters the school year in top notch shape with the edge needed to stand out from the rest. Congrats to each kid that made it through each day still standing..:).
Enjoy the pics…
