Nothing will hold more true during the final 2 weeks of our TrueLeague Season and the beginning of the Playoff run to a Championship. Can we challenge ourselves to elevate our games to next level? Bringing in a Championship mindset combined with laser focused preparation will set you up for success both on & off the court. How bad do you want it? Bring home the W!

Basketball is the ultimate team sport. It requires individual precision & the ability to work with others. It’s the perfect platform to develop leadership, accountability, communication, mental & physical toughness, and goal setting - just to name a few.
Developing both your individual and team qualities allows you to experience the multifaceted side of the game that often gets overlooked. The bonds and experiences you create on the court can be pivotal in your development as a young adult navigating the world we live in. Experience is the best teacher & basketball will put you through various situations that will challenge you to step up in the moment. Stay ready so you don’t have to get ready!
PREPARATION IS KEY
How we prepare can be the difference in how we separate ourselves from the pack. A Success or a Failure. A Win or a Loss. No matter whats at stake, a routine into preparation can make all the difference - 5 deep breathes, watching game film, 100 shots.. Whatever your preference is, building through a foundation of consistent and obtainable paths will help you lock into the task at hand.

This quote is ages old, but is still true to this day. No matter how skilled, determined, or hungry we are for something, building on an underprepared foundation will only lead to more work in the end. Build the pillars, practice what you believe in, and reap the rewards! LET’S GO!!
