TEAM ESFACE REFUND POLICY

League & Club Team Refund Policy: 

Includes ReaLeague, TrueLeague, AAU (club) programs and packages.

Because Team Esface fills up in most divisions and team spaces, each player that is signed up and subsequently drops from a team after evaluation day takes a spot from another player. 

Our League & Club Team refund policy is as follows:

If you request a refund prior to evaluation day, you will receive a full refund minus a $35 processing fee.

If you request a refund after evaluation day and prior to the end of the first week of the season, you will receive a 50% refund less the deposit that will go towards credit to other Team Esface programs..

NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE FIRST WEEK OF THE SEASON / NO EXCEPTIONS (includes injury & sickness).

Small Group Workout Refunds Policy:

If you request a refund or communicate to our staff (via email or phone call) that your child will not be present with 24 hours in advance to the beginning of the workout, you will be given a full refund.

Camp & Specialty Events (Holiday Clinics and 1 off events)

All camp purchases are final and no refunds will be given (this includes injury or sickness).

Clinic & NEO PREP Refund Policy:

All sales are final and no refunds or credits will be given after purchase.

All clinic packages purchased MUST be used during the season they are purchased (ex: Spring Summer clinic packages must be used by the spring summer season).

No refunds or exchanges will be given for outstanding clinics not used from your purchased package.
