If you answered yes all these questions, this program is for you. We're all about results and Professional Trainer, Coach D Mo has over 10 years of experience transforming athletes at all levels. His clients range from NBA, overseas, NCAA D1, high school, and youth athletes. Although the range is different, his approach is the same. His high energy, attention to detail, and expertise has generated countless results for athletes.

Fall Season schedule

AGES HIGH SCHOOL

Skill Workout Location: SportsHouse (Redwood City)

Skill Workout Days / Times: Monday 5:30 - 6:30 & Wed 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Strength Workout Location: SportsHouse 

Strength Workout Days / Times: Monday & Wednesday Before or After Your Workout. Optional Day on Saturday.

AGES 13 & 14

Skill Workout Location: SportsHouse (Redwood City)

Skill Workout Days / Times: Tuesday 5:30 - 6:30pm, Wednesday 4:30 - 5:30pm

Strength Workout Location: SportsHouse 

Strength Workout Days / Times: Tues & Wed before or After your workout. Optional day on Saturday 10am.
