YOUR SKILLS COACH: COACH D MO
David “D Mo” Moore Jr is an NBA Skills Coach and transforms athletes through his passion and love for basketball. D Mo played at Kalaheo High School and attended Hawaii Pacific University.
Today, D Mo trains all ages including NBA and Division 1 level college athletes putting them through what he calls, “Transformation Training."
D Mo's training programs bring results to every athlete that signs up with him.
YOUR MENTAL COACH: COACH KEITH
Coach Keith played high school basketball in San Diego, then played collegiate ball at New York University. He graduated with a B.A. in Communications, then went on to play professionally in the Philippines for 5 years where he found himself researching the field of optimal human potential. Since retiring, he became trained to teach a course called mPEAK, mindfulness-based Performance Enhancing Awareness and Knowledge, developed at UCSD's Center for Mindfulness alongside the Chopra Center's Pete Kirchmer.

Based at SportsHouse in Redwood City, our Team Esface Strength team are group of highly trained professional strength coaches who focus their training on injury prevention, flexibility and power.
